Who we are
Welcome.
You'll find an array of resources designed to support your healing journey. Our team is here to ensure you feel valued and understood every step of the way.
Our therapists are:
Licensed clinicians: Each therapist holds a current state license (LCSW, or LMSW) and meets ongoing continuing education requirements.
Evidence-informed approaches: Training includes CBT, trauma-informed care, and other research-backed modalities so interventions are intentional, not trendy.
Specialty certifications: Many therapists have extra certifications. Shannon earned his Masters in Art Therapy.
Diversity, equity, and cultural competence: Clinicians receive training in cultural humility, implicit bias, and working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiversity, and diverse racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
Safety and ethics: Our therapists are trained in crisis assessment, mandated reporting laws, boundary setting, and maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA best practices.
Collaborative, client-centered care: Our modalities include motivational interviewing, strengths-based approaches, and shared decision-making so therapy aligns with your values and goals.
Telehealth proficiency: We deliver effective remote therapy, including managing privacy, establishing rapport online, and adapting interventions for virtual sessions.
Ongoing supervision and peer consultation: We participate in regular supervision and case consultation to refine skills and maintain high-quality care.
We meet you where you are, understand the whole you, and work with you toward meaningful change.
